1. Warranty Conditions.

Our standard warranty expires 30 days after you receive your order and only for products distributed and sold by Konker Colors LLC through our website or any of our official accounts on other sales channels. 

During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund you for products eligible within the terms of this warranty, without any charge to you including all shipping costs.  

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the original purchase price.

2. Whats Covered.

Our warranty policy only covers the following;

  1. Defective products or parts caused by us or the manufacturer.
  2. Defects in materials or workmanship caused by us or the manufacturer.

3. Exemptions.

Our warranty policy does not cover any of the following;

(a) Damaged or defective products, parts, or materials resulting from;

      1. Misuse, abuse, dropping, physical wear, or neglect.
      2. Improper: use, shipping, storage, installation, or maintenance.
      3. Using with unapproved brands, supplies, consumables or materials.
      4. Operating products not within manufacturer specifications.
      5. Natural elements or disasters such as; sunlight, water, fire, flood, lightning, etc…
    1. Service or alteration by anyone other than us.
(b) Consumable aspects of a product including but not limited to;  paint, ink, lead, tips, and paper.

    4. Warranty Process.

    All warranties must be accompanied by the original order number as it serves as your warranty number, we may not be able to offer warranty service without this number.

    1. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible to get your warranty started.
    2. Approved refunds will be immediately processed and automatically credited back into your account or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
    3. Approved exchanges will be immediately shipped to you and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
    4. Approved repairs will require you to ship your item to us, we will repair your items using new or reconditioned parts and immediately ship your repaired items back.  If we determine your items are not repairable, we will immediately send you a replacement or refund you for the original product cost.

    Note: If we require you to ship your items back; we will supply you with a return authorization number and pre-paid return label with tracking information at no cost to you.  Just protect your items inside a box, seal it, attach the label, and drop it off or schedule a pickup with the correct shipping provider within 14 days.  Refunds and exchanges will be immediately processes when we receive your return items.

    5. Shipping Refunds.

    If you chose any shipping method other then free at check out, we can not refund any of your original shipping costs.

      6. Extended Warranty.

      We offer an extended one year warranty to members of our Insiders community only.  To receive this benefit, please look for the invitation inside any product you purchase from us and join for free.

      7. Warranty Transfers.

      Our warranties only apply to the original purchaser and are non-transferable to any third-party or person.
