1. Time Window.

All our products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, please contact us as we handle returns on a case by case basis.  In most cases we can not offer refunds or exchanges after the 30 day window unless your order qualifies for our Warranty Policy.

2. Eligibility.

We only require that your order was purchased within the time window through our website or any of our official accounts on other sales channels to be eligible for a return.

3. Refund & Exchanges Process.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you received defective, or damaged items;

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible to get your refund or exchange started.
  2. Approved refunds will be immediately processed and automatically credited back into your account or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  3. Approved exchanges will be immediately shipped to you and should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Note: If we require you to ship your items back; we will supply you with a return authorization number and pre-paid return label with tracking information at no cost to you.  Just protect your items inside a box, seal it, attach the label, and drop it off or schedule a pickup with the correct shipping provider within 14 days.  Refunds and exchanges will be immediately processes when we receive your return items.

4. Shipping Refunds.

If you chose any shipping method other then free at check out, we can not refund any of your original shipping costs.

5. Missing Refunds.

Refunds can sometimes take a few days to process and officially post to your account.  In rare cases it may take longer and we recommend you first contact your bank or payment processing company.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start an investigation.

6. Gift Returns.

If your items where marked as a 'gift' when purchased, you’ll receive a gift card for our store with same value of your return.  Your gift card will immediately be emailed to you once we receive your returned items.

7. International Returns.

International returns must meet the same eligibility requirements as all other returns.  Additionally all international returns will not receive a refund for any original shipping or return shipping costs.  

Note: International buyers are responsible for all shipping, Customs and VAT fees.
